Quotes and electronic proofs are always free of charge and fast.

Once we receive the details, our sales team will prepare a quote and issue an electronic proof of your image once it has been converted for engraving.

Some important details to keep in mind.

Artwork formats in order of preference:

  1. Adobe Illustrator (AI) or Vector Format (EPS) is best.
  2. JPEG (JPG) or Adobe (PDF) is generally good format, as well as BMP, TIF, PNG, GIF.  Minimum 300DPI.  Please do not insert the image in a WORD document before sending, please save as a file and Upload using the following form. 

Size and other image criteria

  1. All images should be under 10mb in size.
  2. When sending your image, please ensure it is a black and white version with no shading or 3d effects.
